 Job Description

We are hiring a LABVANTAGE LIMS Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementation of LIMS projects.

 Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into LIMS configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirement traceability.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training, and documentation.
• Support change management and user adoption.

 Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a LIMS/IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with LABVANTAGE LIMS preferred.
• Understanding of lab processes in pharma/biotech industry.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in GxP and compliance environments is a plus.
