 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sample Manager LIMS Expert to support, implementation, customization, and validation of the Sample Manager platform for our pharmaceutical and laboratory clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, regulatory compliance, and technical configuration within the Sample Manager environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Sample Manager LIMS workflows, reports, and forms.
• Gather and analyze business/user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Sample Manager with laboratory instruments and external systems (e.g., SAP, CDS).
• Develop scripts using VGL or .NET and manage system upgrades or enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training, including documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure validation and compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards.

 Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sample Manager LIMS.
• Strong knowledge of LIMS architecture, SQL databases, and scripting (VGL/.NET).
• Experience with lab process automation and instrument integration.
• Understanding of GMP/GxP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
