 Job Description

We are hiring a Lab Vantage LIMS Support Analyst with hands-on experience in providing end-user support, master data configuration, and incident management in a regulated lab environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Lab Vantage LIMS and be eager to grow into LIMS development roles over time.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Lab Vantage LIMS users, including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and master data configurations.
• Document, track, and resolve technical issues within SLAs.
• Work with QA, IT, and lab users to ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Support system upgrades, patch testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams for minor customizations or enhancements.
• Participate in user training and system documentation.

 Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Lab Vantage LIMS application support.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and master data configuration.
• Familiarity with incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Exposure to GxP, GMP, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, or Lab Vantage scripting is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
