Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with a solid background in integrating SAP with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), such as Lab Vantage, Sample Manager, or similar. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM processes and ensuring smooth data exchange between SAP and LIMS environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP QM modules including inspection plans, results recording, certificate generation, and quality notifications.
• Design and implement interfaces between SAP QM and LIMS platforms (e.g., Lab Vantage, Empower).
• Collaborate with LIMS and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and process alignment.
• Troubleshoot interface-related issues and provide end-to-end support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, test scripts, and validation support.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

 Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes and LIMS functionality.
• Proven experience in LIMS-SAP QM interface design and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, or middleware platforms used for integration.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
